North Market Lens
Market maps built from current trade-show evidence and direct field research — for product companies entering the United States and Canada.
What this is
North Market Lens is a Montreal-based research practice. We help manufacturers (primarily from China) preparing for North American trade shows understand buyer chains, account roles, channel structures and service expectations — before they spend on booths, travel and follow-up.
The main site is in Chinese because our paying clients are Chinese manufacturers. This English page exists for the people we interview and learn from: distributors, integrators, engineers, procurement professionals and association staff across the US and Canada.
How we work
- Official, verifiable sources first; every fact carries a verification date;
- Facts, inferences and unknowns are kept separate — an unknown stays an unknown;
- We do not buy or sell attendee lists, and we never claim someone attended, buys, or will meet;
- Interviews are on-the-record only with consent; anonymized on request;
- Deliverables end in a decision: Go / Fix / Hold / Stop.
If we contacted you for an interview
It means your role or organization appeared in public, professional sources relevant to a specific research question. Participation is voluntary, 20–30 minutes, and you choose what is attributable. We are happy to share the relevant findings back. To decline or stop hearing from us, one email is enough: hello@chuhai.page.
Boundaries
- US & Canada only; evidence status visible on every record;
- No lead lists, no guaranteed meetings or orders;
- We do not sell web development, SEO or e-commerce implementation;
- Reference material on this site is free and requires no sign-up.
